Shipping & Refund Policy

• Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Opening the package for inspection is allowed, provided the item remains in perfect condition.  
  
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.  
• Item Inspection: Customers may inspect the item upon delivery to ensure it matches their order.

  يجب إرجاع المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية — غير مستخدمة، وبجميع البطاقات المرفقة، وفي العبوة الأصلية. يُسمح بفتح العبوة للفحص، بشرط أن يظل المنتج بحالة ممتازة دون أي استخدام أو تلف

• إثبات الشراء:
  يشترط تقديم فاتورة سارية أو أي مستند يثبت عملية الشراء.

• فحص المنتج عند الاستلام:
  يمكن للعميل فحص المنتج عند الاستلام للتأكد من مطابقته للطلب.
